HORRIBLE service.
Placed an order and then struggled for 10 days to know the status. They don’t reply on mails support@fabindia.net or their stupid call center. After 10 days got a message that the order has been cancelled due to unavailability.
Now struggling to get the refund, I dont know how much time this will further take. Please don’t order online, go and buy if you can’t do without it.
They will probably give you this excuse that they site is under maintenance but in that case they should not take orders only rather than giving horrendous experiences.
Waste of time!
