Cheaters!
That’s what I can say about Fab India.They sell cheap stuffs also.I am a customer of the Fab India which is in Garuda Mall.I happen to buy a Silk Dupatta rather the same was informed to me at the time of purchase.(Later when I reported problem they tell me it is bandhej dyed or something like that AND THIS DUPATTA ONLY COST ME 1000 BUCKS.)There is a tag that it should be only dry washed.Unaware I did a normal handwash.Result was a maroon colour dupatta bordered with black colour stripes is spotted black everywhere.It is understandable that a silk cloth if given normal wash would lose its charm. But, fading colours whole dupatta getting stained?
Can anybody explain how is that possible. In that case even if I had drenched in rain the same would have happened to the cloth. What is the quality of the cloth they are selling then? On top of that when u go and complain a woman claiming herself to have studied fabrics tells me that "It happens, for the cloth which is dyed".P.S They never tell their customer while choosing or while billing that it is dyed.And solution for this stained dupatta? nothing.Their answer is" we can’t do anything".
