We like environment friendly and socially responsible supermarkets. One of your store’s employees was reluctant to give me the complaint book/feedback form.
Even though AC’s are running, since the doors are open, it was hot inside. The entire energy is being wasted without any comfort to the customers.when I asked I was told that it is the same in all stores of More stores - which means massive power wastage by all stores of Aditya Birla More.
I request you to either replace the AC’s by ordinary fans or replace the ordinary door by automatic sliding door. The sliding door should be always closed with "store is open" written on it in Red colour.
Kindly ask customers to get their own bags. Please discourage giving extra plastic covers and packaging to the customers. Also, kindly encourage customers to reuse and recycle them by bringing the reusable ones back to store.
