I’ve had horrible experience ordering books from fabmall. First was when I ordered a photography book from fabmall that showed shipping in 3-4 weeks as it had to be imported from outside India. I waited for 45 days after ordering the book but nothing showed up. I gave them another chance by ordering a book that showed 3-4 days shipping. This time again the book wasn’t shipped. When I enquired with customer support they told me that the book was out of stock and they would have to order it from outside India and that it would take 3-4 weeks for the same. Again, I cancelled my order and placed it with amazon. With amazon the books arrive in less than fifteen days but I don’t have the option of using my ICICI/HDFC bank account. But thats alright. Its better to deal with a honest shop than a scamster like fabmall. I cancelled my order six days back and am still waiting for my refund!!
