First, I request Mouthshut.com to change it to Fabmall.com.
This was my first experience with Fabmall.com, and I placed an order for two T-shirts to be delivered as a birthday gift to my brother. Obviously they offered a service called, deliver on a specific date with special message. The transaction was smooth as they accept payment from online bank direct debit.
BUT.......... it’s been three weeks since my brother’s birthday, the shipment has not yet been shipped from fabmall.com. Of course everytime I write to them my grievance, they reply promptly saying that they are doing all that they can. It seems this the best they could offer.
I have been doing some shopping at gobookshopping.com, which even offers they facility to pay when the product is delivered. When compared for their service, fabmall.com sucks. Every other online shopping sites I have used so far offers a service far better than Fabmall.com
Online shoppers, please stay away from fabmall.com unless you have your whole time to write grievance to the people at Fabmall.com
