Today I want to share my personal experience about Facebook.com.had been a regular user of Facebook, but due to the non authenticity of information coming from everywhere, I switched Facebook. There is a lot of advertisement on Facebook, which always irritates me. There is no mechanism to publish some verified information on this platform. Although, Facebook is a social media platform, but it is also being used for business purposes, so fake, hateful, and political publishing should be avoided to make this platform professionally sound.I had a personal and business on Facebook for years which was hacked. Facebook notified me I requested reviews several times no response I have called customer service no answer. Now both my pages disabled which wasn’t my fault. I tried again to request reviews and submit ID unable to submit due to accounts disabled. I’m so disgusted that this matter not resolved for over 2 months. Shame on you Facebook not good customer service or business.
