Fair Deal Packers and Movers moved my household goods from Delhi to Pune. Their service and staff is too bad. The major complaints are:
Theft and loss of items like brand new adidas shoes, ceiling fans, cartoon cushions.
Shifting happened in August and The furniture and cartons got wet from the bottom. Many clothes got stained due to wet cardboard.
The truck arrived a week late. They never communicated about the delay, I had to call them, many times the Pune contact person did not answer the phone
When we discussed the damage the staff got violent. Started threatning my Father! We had to call the police.
I told them to pack my TV trolley properly but they did not. When it was delivered, its wheels had broken.
In Delhi their staff asked for tips.
Their service is extremely bad. I hope no one ever hires their services.
