Fallen the 6x Platinum Platinum Debut Album

To start with, i’ll bring you the definition for the word ’evanescence’ (ev’e-nes’ens ): a dissipation or disappearance like vapor. The bands current line-up is: Amy Lee for vocals and piano, John LeCompt and Terry Balsamo for guitars, Will Boyd for bass guitar and Rock Gray for drums...if you wanna know more about this band try checking this link which i’ve know for so long: https://evanescence.com/

Although the band’s name suggest a sudden vanishing, their music is posed for longetivity on the listeners’ brains. Fallen from Wind-up Records is described by some as the ’dark epic rock’ which is compared by some to Sarah McLachlan singing over Nine Inch Nails (New York Daily News). This talented quartet from Little Rock, Arkansas, is an emotional, ethereal work of undeniable potency guided by the heavenly vocals of the 20-yr old Amy Lee. ’’We’re definitely a rock band, ’’ says the 20-year-old Lee. ’’But the twist is that the band’s music is epic, dramatic, dark rock.’’

This debut album by Evanescence had sell over 12 million copies worldwide making it a 6x platinum album, spawning the hits Bring Me to Life which is #1 in several countries, Going Under which is one of my fave and My Immortal, of course. With these songs, the band had slewed series of awards including two Grammys in 2003: Best New Artist and, for Bring Me to Life, Best Hard Rock Performance.

In this album, evanescence have incorporated the gothic-approach with inherent melodramatic musicality that can turn on a single bit of nerve-tinging approach frpm piano-led introspection to hammering guitar craze which obviously turn the audiences worldwide to rock with these band.

Despite, of the gothic image of the band that is incorporated in their music, some hippies and r&b-inclined people tend to like also this band’s music...especially ordinary people have liked this band for some reason making Evanescence’s music especially the song Bring Me to Life into the poprock genre...

In general, there’s so much to tell bout Evanescence and their songs in this 6x platinum album. To help you guys out there who are planning to buy or have this ’CD collection’, why not try this band...What follows is the complete tracklisting of the songs that are included in this album:
