Whoa !!!! Why does everyone around here hate this theatre ?! I mean , it’s one of the best theatres around , believe me on this , you just have to come and watch a movie here for once !!!
What does this theatre not have ? eh ? Good parking space. Huuuge Parking space in fact ! Crowd seem to be pretty decent . Of course , the black ticket wallas are present in every theatre , so ? they have immigrated here also. But in limited numbers :-) . And yes , theres a big City Mall right beside the theatre , which gives it an exotic ambient look . The theatre is fully air conditioned . The ticket counter is awesome ! There are now two rows now , 1 more than the old one , and plus you have seperate huge counters for advance and current booking. And hey , just avoid the confusion I proclaim ’’ TICKETS FOR DIFFERENT MOVIES CAN BE BOUGHT AT THE SAME COUNTER ! ’’.So wher does the problem lie ? We have food stalls right in front of the theatre which are hygenic and well managed . Presently , as im writing this review , theres a new road being built in front of Fame Adlabs , so the traffic is pretty congested , however , you can bet on this one , when the road is ready , the traffic is going to be as smooth as silk my friend . The whole area is surrounded by beutiful infrastructural facilities . eg. You have strike ten ( laxmi industrial estate ) which is a bowling alley , you have Lokhandwala market street at a stones throw distance , Huinday showroom at Morya Estate right opposite Adlabs . So ? whats all the fuss about ? Just the look of the theatre from outside , gives us such a awe and wonderful feeling.
Being a multiplex or s superplex , or waht the hell they call it , there are 5 theatres in number. Hence , you have a variety to choose from , and u can watch it in the SAME bludy theatre !! isnt that a big advantage ? around 200 people in 1 hall . Fully airconditioned ! inside as well as the outside . Canteen is brilliantly made I should say. Stuff not available in other theatres are also available here. You have a lift which takes the people to the hall. No need to climb stairs also !! you have two checks , one inside the theatre , one by the watchman at the entry. The theatre is pretty well WHITEWASHED , if I may call it . Seriously , it is heaven inside the theatre ! The seats are jet blue in colour , with a small place reserved for keeping cold drinks or placing ure popcorn . The people working at adlabs are also very nice.The wash rooms are beutifully maintained. 5 star accomodation type. Quotes from great movie stars are hanged on the walls at places which makes it look like a ’’ hall of fame ’’ :P really , it looks awesome ! OJust beside the ticket counter you have this electronic board where all the movoie listings are shown along with their prices. That looks awesome and makes it very convinient !
Everymonth , Fame Adlabs comes up with new fresh competitions , giving away free prozes and audio cds and stuff.just recently we had the Fame Adlabs birthday bash ! And hey , just to remind you fguys that these guys believe in humanity let me quote ’’ THEY ACTUALLY HAD A WHOLE DAY RESERVED TO SHOW MOVIES FOR THE STREET CHILDREN ’’ Isn’t that nice ? I myself won a ’’ saathiya ’’ audio cd. Not only this , people come up in the interval for various movie competitions. One more good thing is taht you are able to see mannnyyy celebrities inside :P .
Theres this new ’’ thing ’’ that adlabs has come up with. Its the 9-30 am 10-30 am shows. The ticket costs just 30 bucks. CAN U BELIEVE THAT 30 BUCKS ??!?! YES ITS TRUE IM NOT JOKING !!! Any of the 5 movies for just 30.rs !
Okay , heres the bad part :-
Theres this stupid dumb slurry ground right beside the Theatre which often gets all flooded during the rainy season .The canteen has got lots of pretty stuff , but hey , it takes the toll on your wallet though ! 30 bucks for the popcorn ! But hey , the size of ure pack of popcorn is huuuuuuuuuuuge !!! believe me you will have to skip your dinner or lunch if you eat so much popcorn !! The tickets are a bit costly as the day progresses on . eg. 12 - 30 shows will cost you around 60 bucks . 10-30 show 30 bucks. but , 3pm show will cost you 100 bucks !
Well , I guess ive written enough to convince you that this theatre is a really good one . ive given you a detailed description of the whole theatre. Believe me , it is heaven inside that theatre !!!
