The show began 17 weeks ago with a bang. From the explosion came out 14 trained and untrained singers into the limelight. They all had their own persona and displayed it without any problems on national television. The most remarkable thing was that this show really connected with the audience on personal level. We got to know the real person not just a performer. We got to know how they walk and talk. Their silly comments and their misbehaving glued the audience to the tv all over the world. There was love, treachery, and filled with lots of suspense.
There was a lot of drama in the show. Some students, Shamit, Rex, were accused of being politician. Shamit, who was first accused of being a politician by the Judges, was later voted out by his best friend at the show, Arijit. Arijit, on the other hand, left a video after his elimination that Rex was the real mastermind. Hence, there was a lot of drama in this show.
This show also created love pares. First it was Mona and Anubhav. They were constantly reminded by judges and faculty about their love story. After them it was Rex and Ruprekha till the very end. They had many romantic moments out side of the stage. They were constantly teased by the hosts, judges and the faculty. It seemed as the producer of the show wanted to create stories in each episode. They tried to make this show as much entertaining as they possibly could.
Also the hosts created a lot of suspense in this show. The show could practically end in like 10 minutes but the hosts kept the show alive for 30 minutes by holding the suspense for as long as possible.
Another highlight of the show was the comments from judges. Sometimes the judges showed their trueself on the screen. Sometimes the faculty blamed the head mistress of being partial to Qazi.
Another great MYSTERY of this show is that every time Qazi was in danger zone, he was brought back by people vote. No one in the contestants really liked him as a singer but they never got the opportunity to vote him out as he was ALWAYS voted in by public. This seems unrealistic-but true. 11 TIMES, including the last vote, Qazi was voted in by the Public. It makes one think.
However, the result of the show was a brave one. The OBVIOUS pair of rooprekha and Rex was rejected the FAME Jodi. THe fame Jodi was Qazi and Roop Rekha. One trained and the other untrained. On top of that, Qazi was the first one to be in the danger zone. He made it to the top just by relying on the public votes. Their pair will be unusual and will probably be worth watching. The show was full of entertainment and full of life. It will be missed all over the world as it ended this thursday.
