So I bought fancy lights from Fancy Chilli that turned out defective and when I went to return them, the manager being completely rude, refused to take it back or fix it. I somehow settled for some cheaper lights and then I was also forced to buy anything else worth the balance amount.
Now Mr Fancy Chilli, people come to you to buy lights, u sell them defective lights and then make them return that and sell other stuff that they don’t want? absurd! I WANT THE LIGHTS I PAID FOR. Don’t give bullshit as this is our policy ma’am’.
