Once again Madhur bhadarkar has brought a movie from his reality movie bhandar. Well though the movie has not completely shown what it was expected to , but still its a nice effort. Of couse, movie must have gone through the tough process of cutting & chopping by ’sensored’ people! And then still we are able to see the film on big screen. Isn’t that great!?
I think the movie is more than the fashion world. Rise n fall in lives! its a dramatic expression of every persons success life. ’success’ is the most addictive than any other drug; and if a person get it to taste it just by ’sleeping over’. Its not much hard how easy for the person to forget the hardwork. The attitude ... thats the only work in world. The thing is one has to show it in right way at right place.
The darkness of the shining fashion n film industry is not new for people may be... our media always try to bring each n every pin-pointing thing in front of common eyes! Their shine emerges with their attitude n ends up in the darkness with the drugs in rave parties or sometimes just by sleep overs. Mr. Mathur is also might be aware of that , hence he stops his daughter to enter in such mirage of glamour. A middle class girl of a small town with a shyness in her eyes ... Priyanka opens Meghna’s character just as a delicate flower of lily ...ready to go in front of the shining sunlight but unaware of the harshness. But She runs with her talent & right attitude on the path of struggle.
"fashion world mein talent ki kami ho toh chal jayega ....par galat attitude ko yaha koi jagah nahi hai... just show ur attitude but at the right place."
And the right attitude of meghna replaces her path of struggle with the ladder of success... but the ladder is too steep to climb which might take her to the ground & thats what happens... The easily gained ladder has gone with just a slip of step...! Oh... once again story is repeating ... story of , say every glam’doll ...every leading one... represented in the form of ’Shonali’ ...a girl deeply in addiction of success...may be walked on the same footsteps what meghna has walked on. The success get over of attitude & she falls down from her ladder. Kangna has brought down the character in life, with her effortless acting! The replacement of her success with meghna’s ... takes a big turn in movie n meghna’s life.
Blind wih aglow of success Meghana couldnt even understand her owns. but whatever is ur own is alwyas be with u ! Her parents are still with her, along with few friends. She gains her confidence like a phonix! Thats the jalawa of fashion !

In my opinion: Movie just haven’t shown the dazzling world of fashion but its a mirror of people who has got easy success n easy money which happens actually in every field. Just keep open your eyes!!!
