Madhur my dear, I mean seriously this is easily ur weakest flick. Even Satta was better than this.
Fashion is the story of a small town girl Meghna Mathur, who doesnt listen to her father and travels all the way to mumbai to fulfil her dream of becoming a supermodel. Initially she doesnt compromise with her integrity and dignity but slowly and steadily in pursuit of success gives in. First she does lingerie advertisements, second she starts staying late out in the nights, then she starts a live in relation and then she has an affair with a big shot fashion house owner. In her journey to stardom, she loses herself.
Then she gets pregnant, she wants the baby, the father of the child doesnt want it. She gets frustoo, hints Arbaz’s wife about thier physical relationship and then comes her downfall. She is replaced by another girl and the panache face just like she replaced Kangana Ranaut a year before. She loses everything, the relations, the fame, the power and all cuz of that one incident and her arrogance which came into her with success. She goes back to chandigarh. Then her father pumps her up and says that he is ok with his Beti’s Nangi tasverein. LOL She gets back to mumbai and first helps Kangana to regain herself and tried to regain self too. She does well and becomes a supermodel again LOL and Kangana dies LOL
This movie has more gay characters than the straight ones and now it seems like Madhur has a particular facination for them. I mean every second character is Gay.
60% of the movies is just ramp walks WTF . we dint pay to see these ramp walks. Madhur cudve done with less of them.
Performances: Priyanka is first class. She has shown the actress in her this time around. And this performance is her second best performance.
Kangana is wonderful as usual.
Mugdha Godse is good for a first timer.
rest of the cast is OK.
hadnt it been for the performances, the movie would have been unbearable.
Overall - A weak Fashion Show.
