Woodland jacket for(rupees 24074.25) was ordered which was on sub standard quality maybe fake so I made return request, within 2 days days it was rivers picked up by courier and now it’s almost 20 days has passed and at least 10 mails sent to them but in every main there an unprofessional CC made lame excuse of Technical difficulties and blah blah which clearly seems falls .
I went through many complaints on this site and can make it out that fashionandyou.com is not trustworthy site and never be expensive order on order more than rupees 500 because in expensive they intentionally send sub standard product and upon return they don’t give the money back.
I clearly see this fashionandyou.com is fraud site.
Other take only one or two days for store credits and 4 days for bank return. but if FNY take unlimited time for refund and more over they give expiry date of our money in terms of credit.
