I have place online order with fashionandyou.com on Nov 30 2012 and today its 15 Dec and I dint receive my product yet. I have called their customer care center twice on 11th and 13 Dec.
When ever I call them the only thing they say is " I apologies for the inconvenience caused " I think they are trained only to say sorry for their service. Whenever I track my shipment online it shows that " in transit" it never changes.
I live in Bangalore if it takes so time to deliver a product in a metro city like Bangalore think about other cities. I suggest go with fashionandyou only if you doesn’t care about the delivery time.
