Fshionandyou.com - indulge to waste time & Money

Images Attached !!My experience with fashionandyou.com is no at all good , its very clumsy and frustrating . Now here’s what happened.


They delivered my first order pretty quick , it was an adidas track pant .. but I had a problem with size , as my usual size is L , I ordered it but I don’t know what happened with this particular track , it was quite small , so I called customer care and asked for the return but they refused because I called them after a week because I was on a trip , they said I should have called them with in 10 days .. hence they refused to provide return option .. Before I came to know about fashionandyou I shopped with Myntra and their return policy is of 30 days , what a difference ... shame !! .. So, those who are away from home , due to work or any other reason ... are left behind from the return policy !


And second time I booked 2508804 adidas bag for my brother and the package arrived as promised but to my amazement the price tag was wrong ! , when I booked it , the original price listed on their site was 2100/- INR , after sale price was 999/-   but on the bag it was 999 ( I thought its a good deal and quality will be good).


The price tag should have been 2100/- on the bag , and quality was pathetic ... I called customer care and tried to explain the whole story but they ruled out my plea and said they don’t have the product anymore on their site so they can’t confirm the prize ..Perhaps I should have taken screenshot on the product ... So the bottom line is they cheated me and sold me the product with original price which is 999 ...they advertised fake rate of 2100/-


And third time I ordered adidas capris 2483760 , they failed to deliver it and compensated me with "We Are Sorry " 250/- voucher .


Fourth time , I ordered 4 products under a single ordered number 2608904 --- Fifa Ball , Puma Flip Flops , Gatsby Bliss Perfume(They advertised its original price as 450/- but in reality its only 250 , i’ll attach Pictures for evidence- Sold me for 175) and adidas bag pack ...toal 2100 Above ..


Note that at first all I wanted was Adidas Ball as It kept it in my wait list from a long long time , but later on I ordered random stuff along with the Ball just for time pass , So again they disappointed me by delivering 2 wrong products out of 4 , instead of ball they sent me soaps and sent me a wrong bag which was exactly half price less from the on one which I ordered I called them again again and requested them to send me the right products instead of refunding the amount , they’re response was.


They don’t have those products anymore In their inventory. Such a lame response , then what really happened to the products which I ordered ? They shipped those to someone else or dumped it in the garbage , I was only able to book it because it was the inventory! Seriously, I wouldn’t have ordered anything If knew that I wasn’t going to get the Fifa Ball Because they refused to ship the right product and I gave up and came here !


Tell me why on earth it is such difficult to re send the correct products ?


And here’s the funny thing :::


When the order gets cancelled from their side then you’ll be compensated with 250/-    but when they deliver wrong product , you’ll only get your cash back after wasting so much time ( Booking , waiting , Receiving , Calling Customer Care and Packing for the return ) and what about the shipping charges which you’ve paid ?  ... So , the point is this is kinda loophole , which they can exploit again and again and play with their customers , if they don’t have the product in Inventory , they’ll ship you wrong product intentionally  to escape that cheap 250/- We Are Sorry Voucher ! -


Note that out of 6 , I cancelled 2 items .. I could have attach screenshot for that also but It’s not letting me attach more than 2 images .
