I have been a customer with this website for long.
If your order goes well fine. The moment your order runs into a problem be prepared for your worst customer service experience. I placed this order 120042489 with them.
They promised that the order will be delivered in 3-4 days. As usual, the order got shipped 10 days later and is stuck in shipping forever.
Been calling them for last so many days but their shippers are as useless as the customer service. One of the agent even went to an extent of saying, how do we believe u.
Should we trust u, or the shipper. Heights!
