Order#120442531 - I ordered a pair of #CARLTONLONDON? shoes from #fashionandyou.com, and what got delivered after 2 weeks of placing the order is a pair of over sized shoes from some other brand altogether(on 6th Feb’15).
It’s been 20 days since the wrong product got delivered. Despite numerous follow ups and many mechanical copy paste template responses from their support team, I still havent heard from the courier guys for the return pick up. Till that doesnt happen, the refund wont be initiated, which is another issue.
Instead of helping resolve the issue, they’re busy deleting my posts from their facebook page! Last time shopping with fashionandyou for sure!
