I shopped on fnu few times, they have good quality but once they disappointed me when I ordered for a silver ring that was looking very pretty but when come in to my hands it wasnt that attractive and not worth the money I paid for it.also there is one problem if you have any credit woth you and you ordered on their websites, you opt to use those credit and if it becomes unsuccesfull order your money will gone and order would also not be committed, it happenend with me twice and to my surprise after calling them they ask me to wait for 24hours next day when I did not get it back they again told me 48 hrs but did not register my complaint.but still it was’nt credit back in my account.then again I called them they said 72 hrs this time I loose my patience, but after completing those 72hrs also it did not come in my account back, can you believe they took whole 15days to credit my money back in my account which I already paid in cash to them for an order earlier.and it happened twice with me.
also there dispatch time is too long that you tend to forget that you ordered for something they took almost a month to deliver.my two orders respectively made on 12th april and 18th april are still not dispatched and when I called them they said they take 21 working days to dispatch, is’nt it too long?
