Fashionandyou has returned to its old ways of disappointing customers. Far from being improved it has become worse. FNY customer service only keeps on escalating customer issues to the concerned department but no further action is taken and customer issues remain unsolved.
Many a times have they shipped my orders to a wrong address. Reward points are not given for most of my orders placed before November. Only a few of the products are at a deeply discounted price; but most are at a fake MRP on which 50-90% discounts are shown(So that its easy to get carried away). I have received products with MRP tags removed.
I ordered a pair of slip-on shoes and they sent different shoes in another style. So I had to return them. I had self-shipped my return shipment to FNY through Indiapost on Nov. 10 2014. On tracking the shipment, it shows that the shipment was delivered on Nov. 13 2014. But FNY has denied receiving the shipment in their warehouse. They have not bothered to check this for so long and they keep on asking to give them some time. Thissome time means ages.
Once their products are sold they dont care about returns. They have a fake returns policy. Till date I have not received refund from them. Everytime I ask them about this I receive only one answer and that is ofescalating the matter to the concerned department. Returns and Refunds are not guaranteed on FNY . Its all a waste of money and time.
