I ordered t-shirts from this site as a gift for my brother.. well I was in for a rude shock! First was the delivery time which is almost 3 weeks (!!!)... I thought being an online site, deliver won’t take more than 7 days.
Then I got a mail saying the delivery maybe delayed by a week. I wrote back to them asking for change of the shipping address as my brother would not be in town during that time.
There was no response. So I wrote again in two days asking for steps on how to change my shipping address.. again no response. I tried calling their customer care number (which is an STD no... NO toll free no.)..
I was on hold for fifteen minutes with no representative picking up the phone. I tried to call them several times in three days but no one picked the calls and even for a week (despite sending 3 more mails as it was urgent) I received no response.
It’s been 4 weeks and I have not yet received my order. I am at complete loss as to what to do except for file a customer complaint at the consumer court. So do beware while ordering from this site.
I lost about 5000 Rs. and not to mention the STD phone bills
