How can you cancel the order when the courier guy took the full invoice value as COD charge? I reiterate, the full invoice value(including the Celine Dion perfume cost) was collected; please ship the merchandise or refund the money immediately.

I received a shipment against my order 86862 the accompanying invoice mentioned all the 3 items mentioned below, but the package contained only the Carrera Perfume Sets(3 nos.) and the Latin Quarters shirt. The Celine Dion Perfumes(2 nos.) that were a part of this order are missing. Please despatch the same immediately.
