*ABOUT THE PORTAL**: Fashionandyou is probably the most famous online site in India but it also has to be the most worst site in India. This is how pathetic the site has become.
*REASON:** I had ordered (order no: 2402229) a TRACKSUIT on the 18th of Sept and that has not been dispatched even after 34 days. it took the time duration that they display on their website as 3-5 weeks. Probably they can make their delivery time lesser since there are other sites in competition which delivers within 2-3 days.
*ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE:** Customer service is annoying and pathetic which makes customer frustrated. They do not have coordination within the teams they will just the turn around time to the users it will be done in 24-48 hours .... And even managers and Supervisors promise call back and can not provide you the correct resolution. there is absolutely no use in speaking to the customer care officers.. its like talking to a monkey !!!
Pls keep away if you could.DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING IT’S MY PROMISE TO FASHION AND YOU THAT I’LL NEVER PURACHE A SINGLE PRODUCT OF THIS FRAUD Portal and same one I’ll suggest my friend’s or family circle.
