Fashion and you! my worst experience ever!

This is regarding a recent purchase made by me on the 24th of Oct 2014 against the order number 4359990 for which I had raised a request for return and the the product was self shipped on Friday, November, 21, 2014 through DTDC and the tracking number being B15546484 and when I tracked the shipment on the DTDC site it says it has been delivered on the 28th Nov 2014.

It’s been about 5 months since the product has been reached your center, but there has still been no update on this.

When I called up the customer care executive about a week back, he mentioned that the product has not reached the center and they wanted me to provide proof of deliver. When I submitted the proof of delivery they say they need the delivery sheets. When I contact the DTDC center Gurgaon, they say they maintain delivery sheets for just 3 months, and now that its been more than 3 Months, they are not able to provide me with the delivery sheets.

When I tell the executives at Fashion and you about it, they say without that they cant make the refund.

I have been following up right from Nov reg. that’s 5 months and all this while they never asked me to send the delivery sheets.

I told that I would go to the consumer court, and still there is no response. Just today I called up the customer care executive and her puts me on hold for a while telling that he would transfer the call to the senior, then after 5 mins, he tells me the senior is busy and they would call me back within 15 mins  and I haven’t received the call yet.
