There was a time when I loved this website, because they provide authentic quality products. But gradually with the time, their product quality as well as delivery time as degraded and delayed. my relationship with the site began to stagger when I order Victoria’s secret midnight exotics fragrance and they delivered me Victoria’s secret Pear Glace(which was cheaper then the price I paid).
Such a blunder… when I called customer care to fix this issue, then they said to click the original pictures of the delivered product and send them email. then they would initiate the request…
Also, let me tell you frankly, from past couple of months they take around 15-20 days to deliver the product. which is really annoying(as I place an order assuming to gift someone on birthday) and it came after the date. From that moment I have stopped using this website.
