I ordered a pair of trousers which somehow did not fit. I called the support who were very helpful. The product got picked up from my residence and the correct size was shipped after a few days.
Only issue was the unnecessary delay. The product went all the way back to Bangalore where they did the quality check, which could have been done by their representative who came to pick up the product.
