I ordered a Kurta of medium size.
Firstly parcel came after so many days and when I opened it it was of the wrong size that is small. That time only I called them regarding it. They said ma’am within 2 days pickup will be done and we will send correct one.
But till date nothing done. I ordered on January 16th 2014 n today is 2 Feb. See their service. I used to call them daily and daily they said ma’am within 2 hrs pickup will done. But hopeless.
Even they were saying 2-3 times person came but I was not at home, pathetic. Because of them I m not going anywhere for the whole day and then also I have to listen to this. I want to kill them and take them to court.
Please don’t shop from this site. Their site is worst. Rest all sites are awesome. This mistake was done by them only but I m facing it. Very bad.
Please suggest me now, what should I do?
