This is a request to draw your attention that, earlier I have purchase a product from fashionara(online purchase), I received the product on cash o delivery basis. But some how I was not satisfy with the quality so I opted for return.
The person came and took the product back but till date there is no further response from their end.
I have been chasing them since 23rd feb, I have provided all my bank details for refund but still they are not answering to my questions.
1) their toll free number is totally pathetic its not working.
2) I have dropped several mails in this for refund but till today they have not done so.
3) order id is #1201009654-1
4) online purchase done from - fashionara.com
5) every time they commit me the fake statements. By providing me unreal time.
