To all online shoppers-
Don’t ever buy on Fashonara.com, actually what happened is.
I wanted to buy a combo product in this site and got it delivered in 3 working days that’s fine but with a different items. We believe to get what the product image we’ve seen in the website but those people are not at all responding to my email just sending auto-generated mails like they will respond with in 24hrs & not following up anything.
Is this the way to treat an unsatisfied customer Fashionara.com?
Im a returning customer from 2012, now completely fed up with their support
