Believe me I mostly do shopping online, but first time came across fashionara.com, where I could succesfully order(order no: 1200433752, MD1200433413) two shoes(they broadcast this as an clearance sale, and time left to order also, where you tend to order quickly without having second though about authencitiy of site). Money got deducted then and there.
Then original colors turns out in day or two, where you will start receiving email about tons of advertisement, and some email conveying that we can’t fullfill your order we are doing our level best to fullfill your order.
in my case after some 20-25 days got a call, saying sorry sir we can’t fullfill your oder. please take a refund, wil be credited to your account in 7-10 working days.I don’t know, in online shopping case trust is only thing which allows you to take risk without seeing material physcially.
If item is not available in warehouse how people are allowed to shop/book the item by paying money? my guess is, they allow overbooking without thinking about customer. For fashionara.com this might be daily day to day issues, but customer like me get caught in first time, and then they loose one customer and all my contact customer. I am sure this kind of unprofessional and unethical tricks may not lead to a successful and established organisation. Rather people will loose virtual trust and then there survival would be a question mark.
So please beware of online shopping from fashionara.com and be ready for risk part if you still go ahead. my recommendation is even if you get same item some what costlier from other authentic site. Don;t waste your time with fasionara.com.
