I had placed an order on the 12th of March.
The money was debited from my card account on that day itself, but till now I have not received any mail regarding the order details.
I again sent a mail to customer care on the 27th, and they have given me #329959 but it’s been more than a week and still no reply.
I tried calling up the toll free no. But it’s forever on hold.
Pls suggest what can I do and guys, pls think twice before ordering from this site.
