Unorganized refund policy and bad customer service

Make sure you call them before you buy anything as the website will say your product is in stock but in reality it will be out of stock and your order will be cancelled or delayed without any notification and you will be waiting for you product and there will be no notification from there end.you will have to call them and check for it.And above all when you will ask for refund they say it takes 6-8 days but 6-8 days after they initiate it.....and they will take 6-8 days itself for initiation....


So in total 15 days.......and for all this you have to call them again and again and check ......they are not bothered at all to send you any updates. Not even a single mail.so if you like the product in there website but want to go through all this pain ............go ahead.
