I had ordered a shoes which I did not receive in good condition and also not on time.
And also I did not like the shoes and they were not comfortable to me.So I requested them for a reverse pick up.
But the customer care was so rude and denied to accept any exchange/return/refund since I had used a 500 off coupon.On the site’s home page its clearly written in Bold "30 day returns" and no where on the site its mentioned explicitly that if you use a coupon then you wont be able to exchange/return/refund your order.
Customer care was so rude and kept me waiting for so long and then asked me to pay for the return shipping and told me once they receive it they will issue me gift voucher minus the coupon amount and moreover I wont be able to use any coupon along with it.
The customer care is so rude and would not listen to your problem and would keep repeating "Read our policies".They are fooling around the customers with their policies which are not at all clear and have so many terms and conditions attached.
If you use a coupon, You wont be able to exchange/return/refund any of the product - This is not mentioned any where on the policies but still they won’t entertain.
