Fast Track should change their name to No Show. I booked a cab on 29th Aug at 7 pm. Since I was traveling to hometown timing was very crucial to reach bus stop on time. I booked the cab at 11 am and there was no sms send. I called after 30 mins to check on it.
They said booking is confirmed and there is a server problem so no sms will be send. I called again at 5 pm to confirm. They said don’t worry driver will be there on time. Till 6:45 no one called me. Since no taxi turned up I called the call center and asked for the status. They gave me driver number and asked me to call him up and tell him to come there. I called the driver and he said he cannot come since he was not informed about the booking. His tone was rude and cut the call without any further details. I tried calling back the call center and they either did not pick the call or picked and cut my call. Later I called from my land line phone and they took the call. They said driver is on the way. Time was not 7:10 pm. When I told him driver is no where near my locality, they had no answer. He put the call on hold for 10 mins and replied that driver cannot come and we cannot provide you cab. Luckily I got an auto and just reached in time for my bus.
Fast Track is the worst cab experience I had in Bangalore. They are rude, careless, have no track of driver location and absolutely don’t care about the customer. I will never ever book a cab from them again nor will I ever recommend it even to an enemy.
