We had booked Fast Track Cab Service on monthly basis for travel to & fro to the office.
Even after repeated instruction, they sent a Non AC Cab or the Cab driver will give various reasons that why the AC is not working. The difference between an AC and Non AC cab is just Rs.1 per km that too beyond your travel for first 7 kms. Thus in a travel of 10 kms you will save Rs.3 but for this saving, you will have to eat all the dust, then what’s the difference between a cab and an auto, we can rather take an auto and pay just half of the cab.
We repeatedly highlighted it to Fast Track Cab Agency / Call Centre but they are just deaf.
