The last time I booked a cab from Fasttarck Chennai , it was like a nightmare come true for me.It was booked from their chngalpett franchise and I can say for sure now that this was the worst customer care experience I ever had.one day before my journey I called them and said to send cab to my residence 2 hours prior to my flight considering the travel time to Airport from my home.When nobody came at the given time and I dint even get a call from anyone I was forced to call them.
The girl at the other end of the phone was very poor at English.She had taken 5 mins to understand my problem and said that she would contact a driver in the nearest area and would give me a call in 5 mins.Again that phone never came.I called them and the worst thing was I again had to explain my whole problem.I got the same reply from other customer care exec.This call and wait game went on for 15 mins and first time in my life I used foul language on phone for any customer care exec.I was getting in to panic because there was a possibility of missing my flight. Thankfully I also had the number of an Autodriver.I called him and went to airport by Auto.Totally disappointed by fasttrack.They were not that bad when they had a centralized booking system.
