Yesterday I booked a Fast Track Call Taxi to pick up at 1200 noon...Booking No-7933.Vehicle ID 3493.TN22CV1657. I waited till 12.15 but there was not call from the driver. I called the driver and he said he was in Kelly’s.I explained to him how to get to my place.
It wouldn’t have taken more than 5-10 mins for him to get to my place from Kelly’s but he didn’t turn up even after 20 mins so I called again. He said he was already in my street but didn’t know how to get to my place..and he was giving me names or buildings around which I was not aware of..then he said he was on Landons Road while I was in Letangs Road! He had no idea of the city roads..he didn’t know Puraswalkam roads at all..I’m sure he was very new to the city. After a while someone called and said he was some building watchman and this driver had asked him to call me to get directions once again. Then I explained again and that man understood immediately. I asked him where he was and he said that he was near Mummy Daddy!!
When they send an sms with the vehicle id, drivers phone nbr etc they also send the complaint number. That number is extremely difficult to get thru but till the driver arrived I called them thrice, they only assured me each time that they will contact the driver. Finally the driver arrived at 1.25 pm..nearly 1and half hours late and I had to give him directions through out to reach my destination. Shenoy nagar.
I made a mistake of calling them again for my return at 6pm. I called around 3pm. My booking was confirmed and I also got the confirmation ID 11539 but at 5.30 pm I got a call from them saying sorry we cannot send you a vehicle. So they don’t honor confirmed bookings and they informed me about this at the last minute. After that I got an SMS from them saying booking cancelled. Reason: As per your request booking has been cancelled. They left me high and dry and then blamed me! After this experience..never again will I call them.They call themselves India’s No.1..maybe No.1 in worst service.
