I have booked the taxi in the evening for 10 PM from Saidapet to catch bus at Koyambedu, at even 9:45 PM I did not received a call or message about taxi driver and then I made a call asked about this, butthe way customer executive responded was very bad. Till 11 PM did not receive any call. They don’t care about the situation of the people then why are they running the taxi service? Very bad service. So please don’t go for Fast track taxi.
