I booked the fasttrack taxi when I was in Chennai for business work as they had maximum coverage there.
I booked taxi 30mins in advance to go from Avadi to Chennai central. They registered my number, booked taxi & sent me booking reference over SMS.
I called them after half hour as I had not received driver details. They said traffic is more & load is more. taxi will come in 30 more mins,
They sent me message after 1 hour with driver number. I tried calling driver but he was not reachable. I called their service center, but they too didn’t have any clue.
Finally driver came after 2hrs of my taxi booking. He didn’t even apologize for delay neither fast track. Very arrogant behavior from them.
Better avoid it if you have better options.
