All commitment falls short from their end. They are only after your money. Really bad experience, they stopped responding to our calls.Our mistake was that we paid 100% in advance.
NEVER pay them 100% brokerage. Never Ever.
All other brokers are better than this company since they never lie to anyone, they don’t commit anything false to anyone.
So, here is the scenario what we faced & what we are facing to date.
#1. We especially asked, If the motor has to be switched on or not, they clearly said there is no need for filing up UG tank. We especially asked because we were facing the same problem at our previous place that’s why we left that place. They lied.
#2. They committed us for clearing the house one day before our shifting but it was not done. Okay, No problem then they said cleaner will come at 1 pm but didn’t come & then they said, the cleaner will come 2:30 Pm & didn’t come, soon. Finally, cleaner arrived at 5 PM by then we almost finished all cleaning as there was movers & packers team with us & they were supposed to unpack all the things so we had to clean the complete house by own & yes when the cleaner arrived, he said I will not clean this & that.
This is just the summary. I have never written a bad review for anyone. This is the first time because it was actually a pathetic experience for us.
