I bought fastrack watch worth 1250 Rs as its look was stylish. But after use of month the strap has torn out.
The shopkeeper told me that it was out of their hand and pointed the finger towards manufacturer.
As I reached fastrack company and explained the problem with the watch strap they said that there will be no warranty on strap from company’s side. It was such a negative response.
We can fix a new strap but its price is 400 Rs which is very costly and waste of money.
