This Salon Cum Spa is located at Thoraippakam. I visited this place a few times and here is my feedback

The basic hygiene needs to be taken care. I could always spot hair pieces from cut on the floor, threads used for threading, wash basins with soap scums, bowls with spots from prior usage, towels used for other customers or never washed.
The chairs don’t have the neck rest, you would really get the neck pain during the 7-10 mins threading time. Specify that you need to remove the extra hair in the eye brows otherwise you will end up up a cat face.
Facials don’t take care of black head removal and back/neck massage. You would need to go for a separate massage. And they are expensive.Basic one starts from 400+.
Towels used for pedicure are pathetic. Pedicure is worse, the staffs need to be trained, the girl was literally hurting the inner skin and I had to ask her to stop. The other lady asked many times to stop hurting her knees. With no wax, I paid 350 Rs. Nail colors used are cheap, wont last for a day.
Ambiance is not that great for the price they charge, within 3 feet would be a hair cut and another 3 feet pedicure, hair wash place reminds my kitchen sink when it is dirty. Waxing I would never go even for a free service.
This place has lots of visiting customers, it is high time for them to start thinking of providing a quality service to retain all.
I would rather drive to Velachery or Adyar and get a better service.
