In this wave of digitalisation, I don’t see any update from from bank to improve the service quality for customers. However other bank do more well to attract more users.
I own a bank account in this bank in 2015. As at time it is the only bank in my area, thatswhy I dont have any other choice. Online services provide by this bank is also not upto the mark. However still I face lots of problems to use some services like online pay etc.
Worst thing is that intrest rates are bit high on home and some other loans as compare to indusind bank.
