This with reference to Payyanur Branch. I am an
account holder at your Payyanur Branch and off late I am facing problems with
this particular branch.I am a salaried person and often my cheque comes from my
head offiice at Mumbai.And I deposit it in your Payyanur Branch.
Off late it has not been cleared and when I ask the
employess at the branch, they give me reasons saying that the account number is
been changed and that a new software has to be loaded and stuff like
that.Now if the account number had to be changed and a new
software had to be installed, you could have intimated us earlier. We could have
arranged a different way to encash our cheques. This kind of dirty response is
not at all expected from people like you.
And I believe that in Kerala where anything and everything
goes, people like us get ARROGANT REMARKS FROM your staff in
Payyanur.I have heard of Goonda Raj exists in politics, but I did
not know that it existed in Banks also, like yours!
Please do not respond to our grievances, you are always
better off than that.Please do try to trouble more account holders like me so
that we get tired of your services and start stopping the accounts with
you!*
