My savings account is with federal bank. The customer service and response is good and their are no hassles in the process. The service as the branch is also good and theere are no charges taken for the transaction. Federal bank is providing lowest interest rate on home loan. I have been maintaining a long time relationship with federal bank. Their branch service is very good. Also there internet banking is quite good and easy to use. It does most of the banking process. The ATM facility of them is also quite good. The branch executive are very good with the federal bank. The online banking is pretty good. It is very convenient and the process work fast. The banking process is good here. I would like to say that the online banking service of federal bank are also good one with them and I have not faced any issues with them till now . thank you !
