Worst experience. I thought ICICI is the worst. No Federal bank proved that it is worst than the worst. I approached for a loan and with the feeling bank from my state. my loan got sanctioned after many branch visits.every time they will ask for different docs and it is a never ending process. They don’t know how to keep records.
They asked same doc 3 times. once it got sanctioned they story is the same. they divided my loan amt in to two and after big struggle I got the first portion after three months still I’m running behind them for the remaining portion. I don’t know whom I need to complain.
Pathetic. Dont ever go for loan from FED bank..sorry.
