I had to return an item back to Amazon, and the seller had assigned FedEX to pickup. The following are the irritants
they call 1/2 hour before pick up, messing up all my appointments. they dont call us before hand to check what is our convenient time.
At least the person who came for pickup was the least courteous. his tone was as if he is doing a favour to me.
Didnt even carry the slip he is supposed to give me, I had to go behind to till the street end to get the slip. FedEx may be an international company, but they should train the staff to behave like one. Package is transferred at good efficiency though. My grievance is the attitude of the staff.
