Let me begin with the main scenrio i.e in june I had done a internship program with a reputed company so for that the company send me certificate of internship through FEDEX COURIER From mumbai to delhi.
The company informed me that they send the certificate & you will recieve it within 3-4 days.i have to submit that certificate in my college for internal marks after 10 days. E- certificate was not alliwed in my college I have to submit the orginal one.
I waited for certificate for more than 8 days then on 9 day I approached to Fedex courier office ask them about my courier status by providing them courier number and other important stuffs.
Their stuff is very arrogent he told me that we have noted your details now you wait for 30 min we are very busy but I requested them that you only have to check that what is the status of my courier. But he denied very arrogently. I waited for 30 mins after 30 min I again apporached there but I found that the person is not their I asked to servent he told me that his sir is now on half day leave.
Next day on morning I again went to their office and this time I strictly told them to check the status after taking 5 min he told me that your courier is misplaced by mistake it was send to kolkata he told me that he put the request & it will deliever within 1-2 day.
I somehow managed in my college requested to hod told him about this mishap so, he provided me time for next 2 days.
I again contact to courier depertment they told me that it is on the & Will surely to you till tommorow. But the courier arrived after 5 days and upon that I recieved damaged certificate almost teared up.
I asked the courier office that what is this the staff answered me very arrogently this is not our fault we can’t help you.
Because of these FEDEX COURIER Service I got 0 marks in intership marks which reduces my overall percentage.
Never trust them they are fraud.
