I have ordered an item in Amazon on 11th September 2014. According to Amazon, the same day, shipment information sent to FedEx. They have picked the item only on 13th September 2014 in the evening. The item reached Cochin on 14th September 2014 and in the local facility on the next day-15th September 2014.
Today is 17th September and for the last 2 days I am seeing the same status’at local FexEx facility-Ernakulam in’. FedEx, are you a courier company or a warehouse to keep this item with you?
There is no local customer care number, and if you call their Toll free number, you will never get a person to speak with.
Many International companies play in Indian market, but the quality of service has a major difference. The problem is, the people handling operations here.
