I ordered a product from Amazon & the product was being sold by a 3rd party seller(Not Amazon fulfilled) on 6 September 2015. The seller shipped the item on 9 September 2015 for which I got notified. But I noticed there was no progress on shipping. The only status I could get from tracking was "Label created". On 9 September I contacted the seller about the delay in shipping. And the seller replied with another tracking number on the same day. When I tracked the new number, I saw that it has a progress in shipping(it’s shipping started from 09/09/15). And on 11 September 2015, I received my item at my doorstep in the afternoon.
Pros:

Packaging was good, double bubble wrap sheet was provided
Good behavior by the delivery guy
Fast Delivery(3 days)
Website interface for tracking is great
Cons:
Though I can’t find any con but when I called FedExon 11 September at noon to ask about my time of delivery, the staff said that they don’t have internet currently so couldn’t say. But assured that it will be delivered on the same day.
In the beginning I was in doubt because it was my first experience with FedEx service, but I found that their service is great.
